Application process

What happens once you’ve sent us your application?

The process depends on the position you apply for, but in general, it’s as follows:

  • We will invite you to a meet-and-greet at short notice. This is in person but sometimes by phone or using Teams so we can be quick.
  • Then we take a maximum of 1-2 weeks to reflect on our conversation.
  • We’ll then be in touch and - if it’s a good match for both parties - we generally invite you to our offices for another chat where you can meet some more people and have a look at the facilities. A part of this second interview will always be in English.

Your first day at coconet

Are you wondering what your first day at coconet will be like?

Please wear what makes you feel comfortable and suits your role. The dress code only applies when you meet clients.

We look forward to meeting you at our offices and introducing your new colleagues to you. Then you’ll get a cool Welcome Bag and we’ll provide you with hardware, key card etc. You’ll also get a schedule detailing your training sessions that we’ve organised for you for the following days and weeks. And then you can get started!

Where can you park?
Please feel free to use one of the coconet car parks (1-3) right outside the entrance. Our employees will receive a key card for the underground garage on their first day.

How do you get to coconet by public transport?
