The CoCoNet training programme was developed specifically for our bank customers, implementation and distribution partners. All courses aim to train participants to become experts in using our digital experience and integration platform MULTIVERSA FIP.
Participants get to know the solution and its features in detail. We want to support our customers and partners in making the best possible use of our products and to follow our best practice advices to offer excellent advice and successfully place the solutions on the market.
The courses are held as exclusive in-house training sessions at our sites in Düsseldorf, Warsaw and Bucharest, or at your own site.
Each training course concludes with a participant certification. Every consultant who individually adapts MULTIVERSA FIP for our bank clients must provide proof of the corresponding certification.
The training modules complement each other. Depending on the course participants’ role, different focuses can be dealt with.
Learns about MULTIVERSA FIP APIs and frameworks in order to develop new front-end elements efficiently and quickly.
Focuses on the integration of existing back-end interfaces in order to integrate or orchestrate existing services.
Is able to produce both front-end and back-end components so that complete applications can be integrated.
Becomes a convincing ambassador of the solution and can successfully design various application scenarios for banks.
Delves deep into the architecture and frameworks of the application and is then able to implement client projects according to our MULTIVERSA FIP best practices.
Engages intensively with the tools for administration, data synchronisation and role distribution in order to administer the portal including integrated applications.
Is experienced in everything concerning the installation and commissioning of the solution on-site with the client, including configuration and migration concepts.
Why are our training sessions important?
Our solutions are being used by an increasing number of banks. This is why the demand for highly trained consultants is increasing. We understand that a digitisation project can only be successful if the bank, implementation partners and solution providers work closely together and have the same deep understanding of the solution.
