Forrester’s new DBEP guide names CoCoNet as the only specialized vendor for corporate banking in Europe

Leading global market research company Forrester has included CoCoNet in its newly published report: Now Tech: Digital Banking Engagement Platforms, Q1 2021. CoCoNet was recognised in the report for its state-of-the-art digital experience & integration platform, MULTIVERSA FIP. It is one of just two providers in its category specialising in the highly complex world of corporate banking.
The report defines a digital banking engagement platform (DBEP) as an “advanced cross-channel/omnichannel banking solution that enables an integrated, seamless, and comprehensive customer and employee experience across touchpoints, thus delivering true digital banking”. Typical functionality includes agile support for banking and channel-specific business requirements, analytics, digital sales and marketing, and a single view of customers, products, and services.
Forrester analyst and report author Jost Hoppermann said application development and delivery professionals should use the report “to understand the value they can expect from a DBEP provider and select vendors based on size and functionality”.
The listing in Forrester’s guide is the third time that CoCoNet has been recognised by a global research firm in less than a year. In 2020, CoCoNet featured in Gartner’s Market Guide for Digital Banking Platforms and its Market Guide for Digital Banking Multichannel Solutions.
