Bank für Sozialwirtschaft opts for new multibanking solution from coconet

Bank für Sozialwirtschaft has been offering their corporate customers a new multibanking platform with integrated cash management solution since 10/18/2021. For this purpose, the bank cooperated with a renowned specialist for digital banking solutions: coconet

Bank für Sozialwirtschaft (BFS) focuses on institutional customers of the social and health care sector. The new digital multibanking platform provides the bank’s corporate customers with a user-friendly overview of their accounts, bank details and transactions. Users can thus conveniently manage their payment transactions and gain an overview of their liquidity based on their payments. For this purpose, BFS uses the banking server multi:hub and the portal solution multi:bank from coconet. Both products have been tailored to the bank’s needs and integrated with coconet’s support.

User-friendly state-of-the-art banking for corporate customers

“We wanted to create a multibanking platform for our customers that meets today’s standards of modularity and user-friendliness. At the same time, we were looking for easier maintenance of master data and the option to expand at a later date,” says board member Oliver Luckner, responsible for Organisational Development & IT at BFS.

coconet offered what BFS was looking for. “Our products integrate well with third-party services,” explains Mark Lohweber, CEO of coconet AG. “In addition, to a large extent, they can easily be adapted in terms of appearance to the existing platforms of the banks. As a result, the banks’ customers have a consistent user experience.”

Smooth changeover for BFS customers

For BFS, it was also important to keep the previously used and proven security method – to make the platform change as smooth as possible for the bank customers. This has been achieved: “The transition to the new solution took place without any major problems. It runs with a high degree of stability and has a positive reception among our customers,” Oliver Luckner continues. “We are pleased with the positive feedback on the product launch and are looking forward to supporting BFS in the implementation of further projects”, Axel B. Wiethoff, CFO/COO of coconet AG, adds.
