CoCoNet showcases new product portfolio to facilitate bi-directional bank-customer collaboration at its third INSPIRE web sessions
- Events explored the latest innovations in corporate banking and highlighted how banks can gain competitive advantage through building a digital bridge with their customers.
- Customers in web sessions to MULTIVERSA FIP and IFP shared their first-hand experiences of implementing CoCoNet’s market-leading corporate banking solutions.
Yesterday CoCoNet hosted the third INSPIRE Web sessions, which was again well received – Besides interesting showcases around its innovations as well as enhancements for the MULTIVERSA products FIP and IFP, CoCoNet also brought a bit of INSPIRE live event feeling to their attendees’ current workplace with a free event pack.
Dennis Rochel, CoCoNet’s Head of Innovations and Marcus Klotz, Principal Innovation Manager, offered deep insights into how CoCoNet’s solutions help to facilitate successful collaboration between banks and their customers. In particular, banks can use the new product portfolio to build a ‘digital bridge’ with their customers, creating a digital end-to-end process that speeds up interactions and makes them happen more smoothly.
Central Communication Hub
CoCoNet presented its Central Communication Hub, which can be connected to banks’ CRM systems and other internal bank applications to act as a central touchpoint for banks and their customers. It thus enables the secure exchange and storage of documents, messages and tasks and allows digital signature processes. The seamless digital handling of processes enables banks to save time and money and to adapt processes and forms quickly and easily, e.g. due to new regulations. Customers benefit from a central document and message management, faster processes and tailored product offerings.
Additionally, the Central Communication Hub can be used in conjunction with CoCoNet’s 360-degree customer overview functionality and user-tailored dashboards. These give banks quick visibility of their most important customer data and customers itself a quick insight into their most important figures and data.
Customer case studies
Also customers shared their experiences of using CoCoNet’s solutions at the web sessions.
Nevzat Isik, Executive Director – Germany Branch and Baris Tuna, Project Manager presented Garanti BBVA International’s new user-friendly corporate and retail banking portals. They are based on the MULTIVERSA Product Suite and serve the bank’s different customer groups in Germany and the Netherlands.
The portals feature personalised dashboards, a mix of standardised and self-made widgets, self-service possibilities for customers and convenient workflows.
In another session, Maarten De Spiegeleer, Product Owner KBC Reach at KBC Group NV, presented the bank’s portal for corporate customers – KBC Reach. The portal, which is integrated with the bank’s own portal, stands out for its broad country coverage, including the USA.
Feedback from the third INSPIRE web sessions was very positive – as was the case with the first and second events. Participants also very much liked their event packs which brought the atmosphere of INSPIRE directly into their homes. They contained something to make notes with and something tasty to eat and drink, as well as other fun surprises like a basil for self-planting and surprise eggs.
Closing the digital gap
Commenting on the events, CoCoNet’s CEO Mark Lohweber said: “We are delighted that so many of our customers joined us for our INSPIRE web sessions yesterday and that they found the events both a useful and valuable experience.”
He added: “We were also very proud to share with them our new product portfolio to support digital bank-customer collaboration Our goal is to help banks finally close the digital gap and optimise daily communication processes with their customers to boost satisfaction and gain competitive advantage.”
