- The customers well received the product sessions on MULTIVERSA FIP, IBS and IFP, which informed them about the latest product developments.
During the fourth INSPIRE digital web sessions, CoCoNet’s customers were offered a varied programme of keynote presentations and insights into current product enhancements and future product innovations by CoCoNet’s product experts. The comprehensive programme had been divided into keynote sessions and product sessions, and this time the keynote sessions were broadcast live to the audience from a studio set up especially for the event at CoCoNet headquarters in Düsseldorf.
Cloud banking and a future-oriented roadmap as a game-changer in Banking IT
Mark Lohweber, CEO of CoCoNet, welcomed the customers and introduced the fourth digital INSPIRE sessions with an overview of the current topics at CoCoNet.
During the keynote sessions, Dennis Rochel and Björn Hassing, Managing Directors of CoCoNet Innovations, highlighted the market changes that had prompted CoCoNet to adapt their MULITVERSA products IFP and FIP to the future requirements of cloud banking. The planned microservices approach and the associated enhancements to the portal functions will bring benefits to all CoCoNet customers, offering them, among other things, an even broader product range and accelerated functionality. Thanks to the new approach, CoCoNet will enable customers to keep and further expand their competitiveness in the future.
The future-oriented product portfolio of CoCoNet was also taken up by Benedikt Schulz, Head of Product Management. In addition to insights into the current topic of the “digital euro” and the potential impact on corporate banking, he provided a preview of the numerous planned product innovations on CoCoNet’s roadmap.
Exciting insights into Artificial Intelligence and first-hand customer experiences
The INSPIRE keynote session part was complemented by two attractive external speeches.
Professor Dr. Jürgen Angele, Head of Competence Center AI at Adesso SE, inspired the audience with an exciting presentation on the usage of Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Banking.
Jürgen Wintermantel, Group Head of Product Management Payment Transactions Corporate Clients at Raiffeisen Switzerland, shared with the audience insights into the current project in cooperation with CoCoNet.
Supporting customers with the important step into the cloud
Customer feedback shows that the planned product approach can benefit both corporate customers and banks. “The topic of cloud banking is already present in most banks today, either as a planned strategy or already in the implementation phase,” says Dennis Rochel. “The open architecture of our MULTIVERSA products plus our knowledge in corporate banking makes us a reliable partner for the banks to take this path together.”
