- MULTIVERSA FIP user group members engage in shaping the future of the platform
The new features, improved processes and enhanced functionality of MULTIVERSA FIP impressed attendees at the platform’s first-ever user group meeting, held on 14 May.
At the meeting, which was attended by a broad range of MULTIVERSA FIP customers, CoCoNet showcased different use cases for their flexible financial integration platform. Examples of the individual customer cases were solutions where the platform is worldwide used for corporate banking; as a national platform for retail and corporate banking and as a financial dashboard solution for cash management and payments.
CoCoNet used the event to highlight a number of enhancements and innovations that have been made to MULTIVERSA FIP. These enhancements and innovations specifically relate to the platform’s user experience, digital banking capabilities, identity and access management system, and integration services. They are indicative of the future-proof approach that CoCoNet takes towards the development of all their banking platforms.
The MULTIVERSA FIP users who attended the event welcomed the opportunity to learn more about what the platform could do for them and to provide input into its future development. They also valued being able to network with peers in a relaxed environment.
“There was a great collaborative atmosphere at our recent MULTIVERSA FIP user group meeting,” said Björn Hassing, Chief Technology Officer at CoCoNet. “We were very encouraged by the fact that we received a lot of positive feedback on our platform and were told that it is held in high regard by our customers. It was also clear that they strongly approved of our future-proof approach to innovation.”
He added: “We were delighted that our customers used the event to actively engage with us in the development of the MULTIVERSA FIP platform, and we had some very fruitful discussions on how we could enhance the solution. We will take these ideas away and consider them as part of our product development process going forward. I am looking forward to continuing the conversation at our next MULTIVERSA FIP user group meeting.”
