MULTIVERSA IFP replaces various corporate portals at banks

Düsseldorf, 6 February 2012 – More and more banks follow the trend to combine their various e-banking portals into one comprehensive cross-border solution for any kind of corporate clients – from corner shops to large conglomerates. Currently banks provide individual e-banking solutions in different countries and for specific corporate customer target groups. But now, with MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal, banks can streamline their technical environments.

MULTIVERSA IFP is a product solution that meets all requirements for a central portal for corporate customers: comfortable functionalities for customers and administrators, high-performance, full local and international capabilities and flexible integration of various customer types. Beside the standard formats for international payments and banking information such as SEPA, SWIFT and EBICS, MULTIVERSA IFP also supports the domestic formats of many countries.

The portal provides secure web and mobile accesses to sophisticated e-banking functionalities in any language. Banks can pre-configure their specific administration demands for any group of customers: for instance, for large, mid-size or small corporates, for special markets, their local branches or country-specific. In addition, MULTIVERSA IFP allows the bank to reduce their own administrative tasks for corporate customers by offering a comprehensive customer self-service. Even complex organisational structures of corporates with many companies or subsidiaries can be mapped clearly and efficiently.

Banks deciding on MULTIVERSA IFP as the central access channel for their corporate customers can substitute isolated solutions for special target groups and countries. This results in substantial cost savings for administration, on-site support and maintenance, and provides a perfect uniform appearance.
