MULTIVERSA OLP Overlay Portal - All bank information in one dashboard
8 November 2011 – With MULTIVERSA OLP Overlay Portal CoCoNet presents a new, highly customisable dashboard application for the bank’s corporate customers. The overlay portal enables financial managers a current overview on all relevant financial information and a convenient, direct access to the connected sub-systems. MULTIVERSA OLP combines data from different sources and aggregates it into a single layer for browser or mobile use. In this way all relevant financial information and actions come together in one functional overall dashboard application.
Already existing customer portal applications at banks provide a defined set of information to the overlay portal. These can be CoCoNet’s MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal for electronic banking, further business applications like trade finance, FX, risk management, and even back-end or middleware systems. The data are transferred via web services or other technical interfaces. MULTIVERSA OLP structures the data in a logical layer and provides it in a sophisticated graphical user interface. The result is a comprehensive always up-to-date information base in a user-friendly layout – according to the bank’s corporate design. It shows for example the payment status, payment authorisations, current balances, intraday reports, cash forecasting and pooling, foreign currency rates, and other financial market live data in the dashboard. The system presents these data per area in single graphical portlets. With just a few clicks the user can configure own individual views by selecting his personal choice of portlets. He defines the content, positions, and list sizes of his personal dashboard.
Just as easy the user can change into the connected systems, to update data, authorize payments or view the details. The integration into exiting single sign-on solutions of the bank allows the user of MULTIVERSA OLP to access these systems without any additional effort.
Only the user specific configuration details are stored in the MULTIVERSA OLP data base – all other data are retrieved in real time via web services. The user has flexible access to the system either by common web browsers or mobile smartphone devices and tabletPCs, like iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, or Android.
MULTIVERSA OLP meets high-sophisticated corporate customers’ demands in usability, performance and actuality. This makes the portal an outstanding extension to existing corporate e-banking solutions and represents the easy-to-use way of e-banking especially for financial managers.
