New view concept in corporate e-banking solution MULTIVERSA IFP for easy data handling
5 August 2011 - The innovative version 3.0 of the MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal for corporate e-banking now shows an updated view concept for the easy and effective handling of large amounts of payment data and account information.
Up to date user friendly graphical user interfaces (GUI) have become critical success factors for professional e-banking tools. Version 3.0 of the MULTIVERSA IFP premium e-banking solution now shows a state-of-the-art GUI for outstanding usability.
The new view concept allows users to manage large lists e.g. for payments or accounts even more efficiently. A “view” defines the way the information of a list screen is presented to the user. On top of each list screen the view drop-down box presents an extendable set of preconfigured views. Each view includes the column selection, the sorting and the set of filters applied to the list. Views can be personalised and saved according to the users needs. The function of “Managing views” offers the user the opportunity to rename, copy or delete views and to set a view as screen default.
Filters can be part of a view but can also be applied directly. Clicking on the respective filter icon inside the menu columns opens a dialogue section with the respective filter options. The use of a filter in this non-permanent way is a comfortable option for swiftly structuring data e.g. to search specific list items.
In order to reconfigure the order and the selection of columns within a screen MULTIVERSA IFP now offers a convenient drag & drop procedure. The user activates the configuration mode of the respective table and simply arranging the required columns by moving their column headline boxes to different positions.
