MULTIVERSA IFP integrates with CRM systems
2 December 2011 – The e-banking solution MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal is especially designed for large numbers of banks’ corporate customers with numerous users. Banks have to administer new customers and users as well as daily changes, like opening and closing of accounts, changes in user permissions and other contract details frequently in the system. Therefore MULTIVERSA IFP provides a sophisticated user interface for bank administrators and for customer self service.
Now customer master data already stored and maintained by the bank in centrally managed CRM systems can be used also as input for MULTIVERSA IFP. The bank avoids a second entry of these master data in MULTIVERSA IFP by using a modern web service based interface. Thus master data can be centrally administered outside of MULTIVERSA IFP.
Banks offering customers the opportunity to maintain their customer and user master data themselves through MULTIVERSA IFP’s costumer self service facility may like to get these data also into their central CRM system. Thus these data can be exported from MULTIVERSA IFP by a web service, too.
The master data interface provides decent savings in cost and time for administration tasks in operating MULTIVERSA IFP for thousands of customers. It makes MULTIVERSA IFP further more to a high efficient e-banking solution for both the corporate customers and the bank itself.
