New permission overview in MULTIVERSA IFP makes life of administrators easier

20 April 2010 - MULTIVERSA IFP International Finance Portal provides various permission options throughout several areas of the product. As administrators need to know exactly about the particular permissions of a user CoCoNet shaped the ergonomics of looking up user permissions in MULTIVERSA IFP. Now the product offers a new overview screen showing all permissions of a user in one screen.

User Permissions correspond to different categories, such as general permission, account permission and order type permission. Users can get a general permission to access account information or to modify payments in the system. For instance a General Manager can authorise payments up to 100,000 EUR from any company account with the single signature and an “A-signature” for larger amounts. Account permissions are linked to specific accounts that a particular user is supposed to work with. An order type sign permission is important restricting the type of payments a user can authorise e.g. only domestic payments.

MULTIVERSA IFP now displays a detailed overview of all permissions of a user in a concise way. With the system tracking the settings in an audit-log and the printable permission status overviews per user a bank gets even safer in the administration of permissions.

With the new permission view per user MULTIVERSA IFP has always a clear and simple view on a user’s individual permission settings available.
