Good results for CoCoNet in international customer poll

February 13, 2007 - "We would recommend CoCoNet as a partner" - this key statement summarises best the positive results of an international customer poll from November 2006.

'We deliver high-quality work' is the claim of all companies of the CoCoNet Group. But what is the customer's point of view? How do the different departments score - sales, marketing, product development and support? Which are the key areas for improvement? To find answers to these questions, CoCoNet asked customers at home and abroad about their opinion. The results were entirely positive, in all areas.

Asked about why they have decided on CoCoNet products, most customers gave the following reasons: trust in a good solution, state of the art technology, market leadership and a proven track record of CoCoNet as well as the best coverage of functional requirements. All respondents without exception emphasised that they were satisfied with their CoCoNet products. Also the employees of CoCoNet achieved excellent scores on appearance and skills.

"Especially the answers to two core questions were important to us," explains CoCoNet Managing Director Ulrich Lischewski, "'Would you recommend CoCoNet as a partner?' and ‚Would you recommend your CoCoNet product?'. The result was, in both cases, a clear yes. We are proud of that, because these statements are proof to the quality of our customer relations."

However, no one at CoCoNet will rest on their laurels. "The whole picture is positive, but there are a lot of suggestions in our customers' answers which we will take up to further improve our quality in all areas," summarises Ulrich Lischewski.
