System Engineer (m/f)

Extending our successful business we are looking for a System Engineer (m/f).

Key areas of responsibility:

• Analysis of functional requirements in connection with project work
• Creation of software solutions to fulfill defined functional requirements
• Support quality effort through application of best practices, unit and integration testing, and developers tests
• Support of our software deployment team
• Preparation of required documentation

Required background and experiences:

• Proven track of record in software development
• Experience of quality driven software development process
• Solid understanding of process of continuous integration and release management
• Good knowledge of Java and JavaEE ecosystem
• Hands on experience with tools like Maven, Hudson, Subversion and Nexus including extending and writing plug-ins
• Command solid understanding of data management systems and SQL language
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – fluent English both verbal and written is a must
