Testmanager (m/f)

Extending our successful business in Bucharest we are looking for a Testmanager (m/f). In this position you are responsible for planning and managing the test and QA-activities in software development projects. You will be in charge of providing and ensuring highest product quality in accordance to our customer’s expectations. The Position is based in Bucharest.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Create test concepts and manage the development of test specifications and test scripts
• Responsibility for a high test coverage and test efficiency
• Plan and monitor the test execution
• Evaluate test results
• Co-operate with project managers and developers as required to solve defects in the testing process
• Generate statistics to measure the quality in order to assess the status and the process of improvement
• Communicate with the customer’s test team in the customer acceptance phase
• Coordinate any QA-activities with the customer

Required background and experiences:

• Academic degree
• 3 or more years of experience in management of software tests, preferably in the field of JEE software development
• In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Knowledge in the common process models and test techniques incl. test automation, Unit- and Integration Testing, SCA and Code Inspection
• Fluent English language skills
