Technical Project Leader (m/f)
Extending our successful business in Bucharest we are looking for a Technical Project Leader (m/f). The position is based in Bucharest.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsibility for our highly complex Java EE development projects
- Management of the whole development process in Unix and Windows, starting from conceptual design up to implementation
- Resource management at optimal time and costs
- Management of a project team and contact person for our technical accomplished customers
- Direct reporting to the management board
Required background and experiences:
- Academic degree, preferably in IT
- 5 or more years of experience in Java / Java EE software development
- In depth software engineering experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- 2 years of project experience in a Java EE Application Server environment and common internet technologies
- Knowledge in common frameworks, e.g. Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate and practical experience in development tools, e.g. Hudson, Maven, PMD, Sonar, JIRA
- Experience in the field of banking would be an asset
- Fluent English language skills
