CoCoNet provides strategic and technical support from the very beginning of your e-business project. At our hotline CoCoNet customers find assistance and information concerning our applications. An important part of our special customer services is the CoCoNet Service Line. This service is an easy-to-use and secure Internet access for communication with our technical customer service and product managers. It was developed to optimise communication on technical issues. The service provides information on product-related problems and technical documentation. Users of CoCoNet products have also the opportunity to submit special issues for technical support. The processing of these special requests can be followed by status reports.
